The analysis of the textbook ”History of Buzău County” is justified by those identity landmarks, so necessary for each of us, which are found in the community where either onewas born and lived his childhood, in which one can return or not, or in the community where he comes to live and resonates with the most important moments in his life. The story of Buzău community links the first testimonies of life in these lands to nowadays, concentrating in case studies, documents, images and character analysis worksheets the local values, transformed, through this approach, into examples of facts that last over time.
